Just to re-itterate a few posts said a few days ago

They are saying that all purchases made over a month ago need to have their card re-autherised - that is why the calls are happening. This doesn't apply to the delivery charge (As most people have it free, not all which is odd) - but it seems to apply to people who have to pay money up front for their device.

So people like me, cheapskates who are getting the free phone option get no calls, emails etc.....
