Oh the email you received confirming shipping, did it have your IMEI number, phone number in there or was it like mine which just had some parameters like {{IMEI}} instead of the values?
Firstly, just because it says complete doesn't mean they've defo tried to deliver it (hopefully you'd expect to get it today though).

Not sure what effect special delivery has on collecting, but when ever I've had a card it normally says to wait X hours before attempting to collect, last one I had said 24hours!

Also, opening days/times vary, the collection depot that I used to have to go to near Great Barr (in Brum), was Mon-Fri 7am til 12pm (absolutely crap opening times!!). So it varies from depot to depot, think the one near my in Gt yarmouth is much more open than that!
