Perfectly stated I think: triumph of marketing over engineering. Apple are very good at combining existing technology and selling it for a high price.

Personally I'm glad Nokia don't go for fluffy in preference; nice to see a device out for the engineers and techies for a change rather than a fashion accessory for teens.
