Bah, looks like it's all going to hell in a hand basket, reading this thread :-(
I ordered last week, 16 hours later they asked for a bank statement to be emailed (*eh* ?), which I did.
Now silence.
Unable to get them on the phone, no response to emails.
Useless :-(
I don't suppose popping into my local Nokia or MPD shop and asking them what the status is going to help, right ?
