Gutted for you. Mine does it quite a lot. I've got 2 choices really. Send it back. Or just hang on till Nokia have them in stock. It seems to do it a lot if you try and go too quick for it. Does it a few times while recharging. deffo not a sim card issue. (Italy?)
Dont bother ringing Nokia care. They dont know how the phone works. "Do hash star etcetc" Me "you do know those shortcuts dont work on this phone?" Them "er.........no, how dou you find out what version it is then sir?"
