Do you have to cut off the upc out of the box. or can you make a copy of it with your reciept?


So they want the

1. application rebate form (filled out)
2. invoice receipt copy
3. upc code with ime on the box ( can it be a copy or do we have to cut it out of the box?) what about if returns or something..
