But here is the difference in "the buying experience" - he logs onto O2, orders, within a day gets confirmation of order and despatch with a tracking number. He gets his phone tomorrow .. Me? .. ordered my lovely new N900 last month and had nothing but wait, broken promises and a terrible customer service experience!! duh!!
