Maemo 5 and N900 is still one step short of full smartphone, it is a mobile computer with limited phone feature-set. Your expectations at this time are not in line what Nokia announced and shipped. I recommend you come back, say, in a year's time?

Of course if you want to work on this and give construtive feedback that is of course useful, but we all should be honest in saying the N900 and Maemo are still work in progress - hence step 4 of 5 on the roadmap to consumer smartphone space.

Behaving like this was some sort of surprise helps no one.
