Right, let's take these one-by-one.

Haaahahaha. How many songs do you have on device? How many videos?

This is because Qik application tries to resume sending your video when your upstream is too slow to send live. You can quickly build a list of videos which qik tries to send, before streaming what you are looking at now. This is not not an eror with the N900. This is just poor communication by Qik application to the user.

This app is in EXTRAS-TESTING. It is not a N900 app shipped with device. Did you file a bugreport?

Oh 4000 titles. Should have mentioned that above, in your bug report.

Apple's mp4 files are a cause of many problems. Use teh Google, luke.

This is related to some known bugs in media player. Particularly it breaks with large media libraries, because it cant keep up with the user.

They start up in 5-15 seconds here. 100 clips on device.

I have seen this happen a couple of times. Depends on the video. On the ipod touch you can NOT PLAY THE VIDEOS YOU CAN PLAY ON N900. IF YOU ONLY ACCEPT DEVICE-OPTIMIZED VIDEOS, LIKE APPLE DOES, SURE THEY WORK FINE.

I have over 20gb of media files but I had the same on ipod touch and didn't ever have any issues. I know that is a dedicated media device but I am pretty sure the iphone is the same. And please the answer to my post is not go and get an iphone then. I bought the N900 because I wanted an N900. I am just listing some of the issues with it.
You managed to touch on ONE real bug here (media player indexing). The rest of your childish tantrum can go to /dev/null
