Probably the Nokia N95 which became available in the UK today... it supports 3G/HSDPA and has a built-in GPS. Unfortunately the N95 doesn't appear to have a Bluetooth SPP profile, so it doesn't appear posible for the N95 to be used as a GPS source for a navigation app running on the N800. Nokia missed a trick there.
