I've had no response since sending for replacement. Ive sent 3 emails requesting information on their repairs/replacement procedure and have had nothing back. TBH I doubt they are in tomorrow but I would've expected a reply, possibly even a new device today. sent it RMSD thursday and should have reached them on friday, so they would turn it on, see it doesnt work, post me a new tablet. Seems simple but I cant see how this is taking this long. @rawutt Ive also had my voda contract started. Ive had to unlock my old n96 which cost me another £15.
