I think you hit it on the head there with, "target audience". They should review it from that standpoint. It's reviewed too much as simply a "phone", and not what Nokia intended it to be, which was a table pc/phone.

I also don't ever hear the reviewers talk about it being unlocked, fully open OS, etc. and what that could/does mean for the customer who purchases this phone/tablet. Nor do I think the run of the mill consumer really understands what multi-tasking means on a phone. I have the Iphone and to be honest I didn't realize its limitations until I owned it for about 6 months.
