That is the whole plan. It includes no minutes and no text messages ($.20/min for calls, not sure about the per message cost for SMS/MMS). If you put it in a data device (card, dongle, internal card, etc.), then you probably wont use those anyway. But if you put it in a phone that you plan to use as a connected-PDA, then you could, in theory, still use it as a phone/messenger. I don't know if there's a way to turn that "feature" off, or not. But, yeah, you can take any "smartphone", and put it on one of those 3 plans, and just use it for data. Though, for $59.99, you get the 5GB data plan, unlimited messaging, unlimited night and weekend calls, unlimited t-mobile to t-mobile calls, and 500 minutes for other calls, no contract, no phone subsidy. But, if all you're going to use is 200MB/month of data, and nothing else, $29.99 is hard to beat. $1/day.
