I found with the load applet app that if you touch where the battery/clock etc is, under all the info ( Clock/Profile/Internet Connection/Bluetooth) are two new icons. 1 video and 1 camera. Press the camera button and then you get the "You have 20s to...".

I found this by accident when looking for the loadapplet app that I had installed. I personally think this is quicker that Ctrl Shift P!
