I really don't care how they do it. - Just offer replacement back covers. I'd pay for it, as long as they clearly state what's better in the new design. - Speaking about back covers, I wouldn't mind a more sturdy lens cover, either. It feels like cheap cardboard. Let's have them sell luxury back covers with a metal lens cover (like they had on the 6110 Navigator)... and while they're at it, they can correct this flash-mistake.
