Just made these tweaks to my N810, and it has made a noticable difference indeed.

microb is better, but for me the changes have really made a massive difference to A2DP streaming. MP3s are now perfect, and the tablet will even manage to play my fave internet radio station with just a bit of breakup, whereas before it would not stream at all over bluetooth.
