I dislike Apples arrogance - I remember when iphone was first key noted "And we have Google maps on a phone" *wow croud was applauding S60 phones and lots of others already had maps with GPS even turn by turn - I used tomtom on my E65

I don't like a "evil company" to have total access to everything I am doing. it is enough that I use gmail and they log everything I search even if I am NOT logged in to gmail.

I love being able to make SIP calls everywhere
I want to use it as a streaming device for my bedroom TV (stream from my popcorn hour)
I love the processor
I want to be able to change the battery
The FM Transmitter so I don't need a cable to listen to my phones music in the car
Being able to modify anything I want to modify without having to ask for permission *cough* jailbreaking the device
Price - I believe the phone is inexpensive compared to Droid, iphone ect pp
Touch screen - will be my first touch screen device
Browser... I love browsing with a device on the couch in bed with a fast start up time and love to browse on the go
