Just spoke to returns dept at MPD and surprise surprise my phone has NOT been sent as per the email sent two days ago.

I have started the contract on the 9th and will be the 19th (sat) or the monday (21st) before i can get the actual replacement handset.

I've just this minute been told by an MPD that some of the phones being sent are for orders placed in september... and that mine was due in a stock package of 30 due to be sent out on friday. Its Obvious everyone there hasn't got a ******* clue whats going on.

I sent mine back on the 10th dec, same day i picked it up from the RM depot 12 miles away cos the guy delivering didn't bother his arse to ring the doorbell. Clearly, though, the email is as much shite as they talk on the phone.


I'm about to go absolutley spare, its going to have been over a month since i ordered, and was told at that time the phone would be OUT ON THE 24TH - 25TH NOVEMBER.
