If it makes you feel better, I'm dissatisfied that my USB port broke off after 2 days, forcing an RMA. I mega-expected more solid build quality, following my g/f's e71x purchase. I hate that I have to wait 2+ weeks for a replacement. I wouldn't like that to happen again, once I get my replacement.

Otherwise, once I can play the Windows Media player stream from the "Flash-based" XM radio online, and I get either Sling/HAVA support, along with louder call volume, this phone would be perfect for me.
