Depending on what flavor Juniper you've got and what type of encryption you are using you may want to look at the VPNC package. VPNC is compatible with Juniper Networks NetScreen family (ScreenOS 6.1).

I've been using the VPNC app for a week or two with a Cisco VPN with no issues.
