I'm using a 3 sim card with my N900. Everything on it works fine, including data, calls, sms, skype, gtalk etc. Gets a good 3.5G connection too. Can't fault it tbh. When I first put my sim in 3 sms'd me the settings automatically and the phone offered to install them..
