I am guesing you are using these instructions?
The easiest way is in the terminal with root so open xterm (CTRL+****+X)
type sudo gainroot
then navigate to the folder where you downloaded the .so file
the copy using the cp command
"cp libfacebookarm-1-64.so /usr/lib/pidgin/"
This SHOULD work, it is not for me~ it did before for though, but now no?
