Most of what's in that box should have come with the standard box IMO (well, not the fox..) In particular the micro-SD, the micro-SD->SD adapter, and the micro-SD-USB adapter. I've been around all the shops here and I can't find any of that (unlike full-size SD where there's plenty). The N800 came with SD card at least.
