As far as I'm concerned, you can drink, eat,text,talk,play games, watch TV or anything else you want to do while driving.

When the accident investigators determine such activities, I also support insurance companies invalidating your policies, leaving you exposed to lawsuits that will economically demolish you and/or your family. Hopefully one day this will be the case.

No need for government 'laws' at all
