Bun, I'm not seeing why you would need 64 free megs on your internal flash just to have Merck.

The way I have it set, this only takes up 57k from it.

56k for 5MCC and a few others that are all around the same install size as well.

Everything else sits on my external memory card.

So I guess what I'm trying to say here, is that whatever method you're using, it's stupid!
