Uhm... I can't be 100% sure... I bought it in 'real' store and got warranty from authorised Nokia dealer... Also I payed a lot of money for it (but I know that this doesn't mean anything)... Phone is made in Korea, it has IMEI number, there are hologram stickers on the box and on the battery... Everything else i checked worked fine... Phone doesnt look cheap, if it is Chinese version they really put a lot of effort into making it...
