Hi! I'm a noob and need help!

The knots2 wiki has great step by step introductions...but this...:
"...Then copy win32/sqlite3.dll to Windows\System32 with administrator rights."

I don't have win32 folder in my windows XP Pro... so i can't find that sqlite3.dll file. Any help for a noob please?
