As mentioned above, Google Docs work just fine for Creating/Editing MS Office and OpenOffice.org files. I am tempted to buy Documents 2 Go for offline access to files (although I haven't checked to see if it supports ODF), but only if they promise to provide editing functionality when available as a free upgrade.
