You give me money for what? If you bought some program/service from me with that or any amount of money you would be after that entitled to make any claims. Off course you should first check what I have advertised and promised. Also comparing to other alike software and demanding those features is what the customers should do! But the product is not complete until all the bugs are smashed. Sometimes it's just weird how some people think that software should be treated someway different than real physical tools which you would return ASAP if they didn't work as expected.
Hah. Professionals? Like people here in forum? There is huge amount of people who even don't know how to write or login here. Off course you would expect that local mobile shop seller is competent enough to profile you by your needs and find right solution just for you, but at least here in Finland I have quite rarely found sells person on mobile/electronic/it area who can give me answers to my questions. Now days whole area is self service and google yourself. Why not trust everything that product maker says? Because its know fact that they promise more than they can keep? That is just fact because people think and expect it. Customers should demand same kind of results that are advertised so sellers would be more careful with advertisements. btw. You have quite weird attitude towards people. Actually i have seen this kind of attitude so many many times on computer/linux forums where people who have spend over half of their lives with "so easily learn" system crash with users who are starting to learn and have maybe too high expectations. Calling stupid people (by your definition) stupid or school girls doesn't make you any better. Actually you downgrade yourself to same level. Sorry.
