Hmm, anyone else having problems tryingto actually use voda? I get the feeling this phone is unlocked.
MPD say on their website regarding returns, and i'll quote..
". If you intend to return a phone, do not insert a SIM card as this creates user settings that will personalise the phone to you and your network"
However apart from the operator name there is no other evidence that I am with voda. I can't even get access to
http://live.vodafone.co.uk
which does strike me as odd.
When I try to register on the voda website to set up my account the details sent to me in an e-mail are wrong. Also it was sent to a spare e-mail address that I didn't even give them. I just happened to look by chance.
So who do I go to for help with my bill/account?
