This is what I see:

Dec 29 22:07:10 Nokia-N900-42-11 activesync[2160]: AS-LIB: Created factory for version 2.5
2.5 means Exchange 2003 server. See FAQ for the details. Sorry. You need to wait for software update (or to ask your company admin to upgrade Exchange server).
