Speeds were/are the same after the update. I only got the boost when visiting Philly. It seems like I have a different "network" IP, from what I can remember. It also looks like I have the ability to enable/disable proxy, but I'll opt out. No sense in adding an extra hop or more.

I'm hoping this is preparation for the 7Mb upgrade.
