Here's the first release of fmtx-faker. It's only been tested on my N900 which has it enabled by default, anyway, so reports are appreciated. It's hardcoded to send back "other/50" (see /etc/sysinfod.conf); that will be configurable in a later release. Install and reboot. Oh, I also take no responsibility if you happen to get arrested whilst using the transmitter. Enjoy.
