It's the fastest & most efficient way to send pics/videos/songs, etc. which practically any phone now a days can receive. Not everyone has a high-tec phone with internet capability to browse & check their emails/social websites. Plus, even if they did, not everyone has an internet data-plan, so they still need a wi-fi hotspot. TOO MUCH HASSLE just because Nokia is unefficient
