Ja, I know it's not a factory reset. :P

The only thing I wanted was to be able to install apps again and I thought reset would do that but it didn't. ^_^

Since creating an Opt folder was sufficient, I'm saying problem solved. [Unless there's more causes for "unable to install" error]
