...may be a little lighter on the "Flash" and still give everyone a consistent baseline, vs. speedtest.net


I second checking with "wired" connection as well. If you're using your own router, behind any "Cox" provided device, does that WAN port support speeds above 10Mb? My older Netgear SOHO routers (blue metal box) do not.
