That is the point. If it is a software problem, everyone would be reporting this. I am not. 1.5 months now and I've had a single self caused reboot. I bet there are lots of people out there like me that aren't rebooting and haven't had to tweak anything.

Variance in hardware is lot more probable cause. Couldn't it be that N900s Nokia tested were stable and some of the production units hit a bad batch of components?
