it is variance in the hardware - we know this . when have i said it wasnt- the drivers or the kernal(whatever) hasnt bneen written to allow this variance.

most people are saying its not bad conponents- its varied conponents- that need to be controlled differenetly- and this difference should be noted in the kernal and allowed for.
