... where on earth are you getting that figure from? ... you're aware there's a poll at the top of this thread that's currently showing only12% of respondents having serious issues with their phone ... and given that internet forums and polls like this tend to attract people with problems and issues more than those who are just out there enjoying their phones it's likely that this forum's sample is skewed towards problems ...
