Sounds like somebody drank the .NET kool-aid. I have programmed with .NET languages since 1.0 and personally I do like C# for some projects, but .NET is in no way the answer to online development.

Where have you been for the last 10 years? Saying Perl (including CGI) is a Mickey Mouse technology displays a gross misunderstanding of the perl language.
