That's kind of a mystery to me too. My guess is that the omap is inside the samsung KBN00V00CM-D425. It's in central location and it's the biggest chip. I also see a few traces running to the epson lcd controller. Samsung makes a multiple chip package with their own s3c soc here:

This chip include a cpu, ram, and flash. I imagine nokia wouldn't have much trouble getting samsung to build one of these with ti silicon inside. But it's big time trouble for one of us just to get the user's manual for one of these chips.
