This chip include a cpu, ram, and flash. I imagine nokia wouldn't have much trouble getting samsung to build one of these with ti silicon inside. But it's big time trouble for one of us just to get the user's manual for one of these chips.

TI's chip is quite small from what I have seen in phones...


Previous to junjongboy's post I had assumed it was one of the three chips with TI's logo shown in sidrman's pics. However a closer look has me scratchin' my head now as well.

From what little I got on the Sammy chip it is listed as a "memory component" ???

The Jaaksi quotes I have read on the subject say "based on a TI OMAP 2420 SoC (system-on-chip)".
