Means it can't find file /usr/share/applications/hildon/amsn.desktop which should be there. Something went wrong when you installed it.
Hard to tell what is the best course of action now without knowing what happened. Probably force installing amsn again or just crating that file it tries to delete.

Nevertheless you might want to ask your amsn package source for help instead since it's not in extras if I'm not mistaken and I'm not sure how many more errors there will be and it seems to be a problem with uninstall script.

And yes it did remove fm-boost since you reported problems with both packages, I assumed it is better to remove both and then install again when it is fixed.
