Don't know of any. I'd be interested in this too. Here's a few suggestions just to spark people's interest in porting!
Gramps - Gnome-based genealogy - Used this one, pretty good.
GeneaologyJ - Java-based - I know, Java doesn't work on the Nokias.
Ftree - Linux & X based, uses X-Forms for the GUI
Lifelines - command-line? based genealogy program - I think it's very similar to DOS PAF, but I haven't actually used it. There is a debian package for it, so it may just need compiling for ARM.
My guess is Lifelines would be easiest to port, followed perhaps by GRAMPS, but I'm still muddling through my first attempt at porting, so don't take my word for it.
