It shouldn't be too difficult to get 'geneweb' running on the N800, although I haven't tried.
1) It's a standard Debian package, so apt-get source from debian will give you a good starting point, if you want to try building it.
2) It's web-based, so no GUI to Hildonize. It runs as a local server, so it should work by pointing Opera or Minimo at it (http://localhost:<port>).
3) It's a decent good-working program.
