I was going by the conversation in this thread where the legality of adapting someone else's work was discussed.

I have loads of themes and wallpapers for my n95, and even had them for the SE phones. I like my device to reflect things like the season and my mood. (I posted my Christmas screens somwhere). I don't honestly know the legal status of most of them.
