So lets say we want to package this in a useful way, or at least attempt to.

Would it be worthwhile to start a project on garage.maemo.org? I haven't done any development for maemo 5 yet, but I have setup the SDK and done a few examples.

My plan would be basically to combine it all into one deb file to install. It should have a GUI to add/remove and edit existing DUN connections (would edit specific fields in configuration files).

I can write the gui app to modify the configuration file so users can easily add in their own settings (AT command, Bluetooth device etc).

I would need some help to do this though, since I am not familiar with creating actual .deb files.

Let me know if I should create the project, and hopefully I can get to work on it this evening / tomorrow. I am eager to write a useful tool for maemo.
