Yeah.. this thread should really specify:
"If you're going to be TESTING with your device - You are likely to need to reflash."

Even then it's not entirely accurate though... as I have seen no less, and at least, 3 different scripts in Shell, Perl, and whatever else that detect, move, report, or otherwise inform people of non-optified apps that can be removed.

So, if you know what you're doing.. recovering without a reflash is possible.. if you aren't the best at CLI.. then yeah - a reflash is probably easier after installing every app known to man from the repositories that specifically say.. don't.. install every app.. known to man...
