Exactly what it says when I try to do the update for PR1.1

"To update your device to this version of the operating system you must use the nokia software update application on your pc. connect the device to your pc via USB cable and launch the application."

any help guys ?
Ive got the 44-1 ( PR1.0.1) firmware already on my phone.
