Here are my notes from this morning:
"Today's date: May 4, 2007. I'm calling back because I'm afraid that while fixing my N800 yesterday I inadvertently caused
geneven@rocketmail.com
account to be charged along with
geneven@roadrunner.com
. I started waiting at about 6:15, it's 6:30 as I type, still waiting. 6:49, still on hold. 7:00, still waiting, still on hold music, still getting announcement that I will be in contact with the next available representative. Hung up on me at 7:11, saying hold times were exceeding 60 minutes. I waited for 56 minutes and they then hung up on me!"
Yes, folks, I waited patiently for 56 minutes and then Rhapsody hung up on me after giving me a recording saying that hold times were over 60 minutes.
The problem yesterday (when I was on the phone with Rhapsody for 1 hour and 15 minutes, but at least I was never hung up on) was that I couldn't connect to listen to music with Rhapsody with my Rhapsody-to-go account. The solution was to cancel my account with Rhapsody at at that email address and start a new unlimited account (as opposed to Rhapsody to go). This solved my N800 problem, but I was afraid that I would be charged for the old email address (which never worked on my N800) and the new email address as well...
